    Minimal techno from record labels like Perlon and Kompakt is dance music’s latest biggest cult fixture, and it has a devoted following among New Yorkers who swoon for heady electronic textures. The faithful come to this dark basement room every Friday for “The Bunker” party, where resident D.J. Spinoza spins hits that make tastemakers’ tongues go numb, and impressive guest lineups play like alien ambassadors from the dreamiest reaches of Berlin and Cologne. D.J.’s like Triple R, Sammy Dee, and Oliver Hacke command bigger stages at home, but they get equally amped by the fervent and knowledgeable crowd that comes to dance here.
