Best Chandeliers

  • Lee’s Studio

    220 W. 57th St., 212-581-4400

Lee’s will hit the mark; it has more than 1,000 chandeliers at its four-floor townhouse, in business since 1910. (Its curious mix of merchandise includes toys and art supplies.) A smart staff can help you choose it by fax, e-mail, or phone, but browsing is a delight. Prices start at $269 for simple three-light glass fixtures. Call for prices on the 80-inch Sonata with suspended lead crystals or the Murano-glass Venini.
